The Native Iowan 
Is it possible to identify the details of the photograph? Who took the photograph, where and who the person in the photo graph is?

photo is circa 1900, subject is a chief/ warrior from the island of Vella La Vell, in the Solomon Islands. I believe his name was “Bula” and was a renowned and fear head hunter.
