The Native Iowan

I’m watching the Aussie Political Scene with a smile on my face. I find it quite entertaining, interesting.

As I said then, I fear the Dunces are directing the show, managing the stage, printing the play-bills, making it all happen in a managed downward spiral. I have known, been a fan of The Land Of Aus for many decades. I retired and immigrated 15 years ago. I am proud to claim Australian Citizenship. Lucky to claim Australian Citizenship.

And I say “DAMN!” the place sure has changed. And not for the better.

The Political Scene is now a mess. In the past couple Federal Elections the two main parties within the two party system, The Liberal/National Coalition and the Labor Party, have been competing for who could out bid the other for the electorate… Free daycare, cash payment to power bills, free abortions, Paternity leave, MegaBillions to the great glorious green scam, MegaBucks to aged care, free university, free, free, freeeeeee….

Labor won by importing voters. Not building, no. Not building homes or roads or… But by importing new voters and promising them free stuff.

Sound familiar?

Very little has been done in regards to law and order, standards of education, healthcare, road systems, general infrastructure (mainly dams and water management), the rampant spending by elected officials (how many trips has Albo done this year alone?)…

And now, as the Proud Liberal/ National Coalition unravels at the seams, they think bandaids and last minute changes will help.

Labor as a political party is a farce, worse, a menace. Filled with Aus-hating members, the true roots of the Labor Party, Socialism, are clear for all to see. And the Coalition have thought their only chance of survival has been to follow Labor’s lead. Become Socialists too.

One Nation is the party that has held course, maintained equilibrium. For better for worse One Nation has been touting the same policy for 30 years.

All I can say is that being honest, faithful to your beliefs is important in life. This past of “Policy by Polling” has certainly failed. Failed for both Labor and the Coalition. Both are attempting, striving, fighting to find Success in Failing.
